Let's get moving in 2022!

The first few weeks of a new year can sometimes be a bit sluggish. But not this year. Increasingly organisations are focusing on making their operations more resilient to the inevitable threats that will be faced in 2022.

In addition, those in financial services are looking at how they test the resilience of their important business services (IBS) and impact tolerances in order to comply with regulatory requirements.

We are supporting several clients through this important process at the moment, as well as designing and delivering several crisis exercises on such diverse themes as cyber, 3rd party failure and ‘dawn raids’. One client is rehearsing their response to allegations against a manufacturer in their supply chain using dangerous components.

On top of this we have managed to get the Crisis Solutions tech people to take their headphones off long enough to discuss developments for 2022. As well as further enhancements to the hugely popular Crisis Cloud exercising platform and the Exercise Manager dashboard, we are looking to launch not one, but two new offerings early this year. One will help clients manage real crises and the other I can’t tell you about (but it’s linked to operational resilience!) .

There’s no time to hang around!
