Help Sparrowhawk Bank with their Cyber attack!

At Crisis Solutions our crisis simulations tend to focus on Gold and Silver CMTs with Bronze  teams only occasionally involved. This has been changing with more Operational Resilience testing for the Bronze level teams - but the main focus tends to still be on Silver and Gold.

The result of this is that our Bronze teams tend to be less practiced in their crises response and may not have had specific training in this area. To address this we can provide our ‘Sparrowhawk Bank’ crisis simulation to give teams beyond Silver and Gold the chance to experience handling a crisis with tips to drive best practice in their response. It’s a great team building tool as well as giving the wider organisation a better understanding of effective crisis management.
