DEEP IMPACT Pandemic Plan Stress-Test

All the indicators suggest that the COVID-19 pandemic will get worse before it gets better. Best estimates are that peak infections will occur in the UK and the US in June 2020. Make sure that your plans and assumptions are robust enough for the challenge.

The ‘Deep Impact’ Stress Test is set 90 days from now - right in the maximum infection phase. Your Pandemic Team gathers in a room or accesses the scenario remotely online and the Crisis Solutions facilitator takes them through a realistic representation of the escalated pandemic using the latest modelling assumptions, simulated news videos, social media and emails.

Participants will need to make decisions and will see the consequences of their actions in real time. At the end of the scenario we facilitate a one hour 'Next Steps' session to ensure your plan is ready to deal with whatever comes next.
